More clients mean more design work, more content and, most importantly, more socials. That’s where Kitty comes in 👀

Joining the team as our new Social Media Manager, Kitty will be building and managing social channels, bringing fresh ideas to the table and supporting the design team along the way. Basically, she’ll be helping to keep us, and our clients, looking good online 👊

What have we learnt about her so far? She loves the gym, staying active, getting creative and, most importantly, baking. So, naturally, she’s already a hit in the office!

On a slightly more serious note, she’s only been with us for a few days, but she already feels like one of the team. We’re excited to see what she brings to the table, besides the sweet treats, obviously! 😋

A promotion in the house 💃

One of the originals and the man keeping the creativity flowing, Jake has been promoted to Creative Lead.

A firm favourite with our clients, he’s a huge part of the work we’re proud to put our name to. To know us is to know him: creative, talented, a tech genius and an all-round amazing personality (his words, not ours) 🙄

So, we guess it’s a properly well-earned promotion.

More clients, more projects and more deadlines to juggle... so naturally, we recruited someone who actually enjoys keeping everything on track 😅

Say hi to Ella! 👋

Joining us as Account Executive, Ella will be helping to keep projects moving and making sure that clients are happy, alongside our Client Services team. Basically, she'll be making sure everything's ticking along behind the scenes 😏

The biggest talking point so far? She's a Spurs fan. Pretty brave to admit on day one with an office full of Chelsea and Arsenal fans, but you've got to respect it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ella has survived the first day introduction (phew) and has already got to work learning all about our clients' brands, tone of voice, colours and all the little details that make every project and design unique. A solid start, if we say so ourselves! 👊

Welcome to the team. We promise we're (mostly) harmless 😏

Well, that’s a wrap… for now 🙌

Today marks Maddie’s last day before she heads off on maternity leave and starts an exciting new chapter.

Over the past few months, Maddie has done an incredible job making sure every client, project and detail has been handed over properly. At the same time, Becca has stepped up brilliantly, taking on Maddie’s clients with confidence and making the transition feel seamless.

Watching the two of them work together has been a great reminder that good handovers don’t happen by chance; they happen because good people care about doing things properly.

We’ll miss having Maddie in the office, but we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. Wishing you all the very best as you begin your biggest adventure yet. We know you’re going to be an amazing mum.

Big news from Lookout HQ.

Our very own Becca has only gone and earned herself a promotion. Already.

She only joined us in March and has wasted absolutely no time making her mark. Organised, proactive, brilliant with people and annoyingly good at keeping everyone on track, Becca has stepped up into the role of Account Manager.

And honestly, it makes complete sense 💃

She’s a natural relationship builder, a proper team player and the kind of person who makes clients feel looked after without making a big song and dance about it. Everything that makes a bloody good Account Manager 👊

Huge congratulations, Becca. It’s very well deserved, and we’re looking forward to seeing you get properly stuck in, building even stronger client relationships and continuing to raise the bar.

Can someone please check the stationery budget, though? Her keyword notebook situation is getting serious 🫣

More clients means more phone calls, more emails, more meetings and most importantly, more people to keep happy. That's where Georgie comes in 💪🏼

Joining as Client Services Lead, Georgie will be helping keep all the moving parts moving, supporting our account team and making sure clients feel looked after without anything falling through the cracks 👊🏼

Georgie is a people person, which means she's a perfect fit for the role. Or, it's the reason that she's never had a quiet Friday. We'll go with both.

With over 10 years of digital marketing experience, ask anyone who's worked with Georgie and they'll say the same thing. She's organised, proactive and somehow manages to keep everything moving forward smoothly without making it look difficult 🤷🏼‍♂️

So, what's the secret? Well, she listens, remembers even the smallest of details and truly cares about the outcomes we produce. It's that simple.

We're really excited to have her on board, but her inbox organisation puts the rest of us to shame. Welcome on board, Georgie! 🥳

This week, some of the team headed over to b&m's annual charity quiz night, raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably, a UK charity doing brilliant work around mental health support and starting proper conversations for people who need them.

Now, did we go in with high hopes? Not exactly 🫣

After last year’s performance, we already knew winning might be ambitious. We’d like to blame the beers, but honestly, the questions probably had something to do with it too.

Geography? Questionable.
Science and history? Let’s not.
The music round? We’ll be taking no further questions, thank you.

After some very serious marking, a bit of maths we’re not totally confident about, and the final scores being announced… we came last 😒

Wooden spoon secured 🥄

Still, technically, we didn’t leave empty handed.

Big thanks to b&m for hosting another great evening but we’ll stick to marketing until next year!

Just in case you haven’t heard already…

Our MD, Connor, is running the London Marathon on Sunday! 🏃

His legs hurt, his back hurts, he’s constantly sweaty, and he’s more than a bit fed up with the Strava kudos, but it’s all for a great cause 💪🏼

He’ll be taking on 26.2 miles for Donations With A Difference, a small but mighty charity doing incredible work to raise life-changing funds for people who need it most across Kent.

Fancy coming along for a laugh? Head down to central London on Sunday 26th April and be there at the finish line to cheer Connor home, and maybe hand him some water while you’re at it 🏁
