Let’s talk strategy.
If your marketing feels like a scattergun approach, it’s probably because there’s no plan behind it.
Here’s how to build a plan that actually works:
1. Know your goal
What are you actually trying to achieve? More leads? Better quality enquiries? Brand awareness? Be specific "get more customers" is too vague.
2. Know your audience
Who are you talking to? What do they care about? Where do they hang out? If you don’t know this, you're guessing and guesswork gets expensive fast.
3. Get your message right
You can be on every platform, but if your message is weak, it won’t land. Focus on what makes you different and say it clearly.
4. Pick the right channels
You don’t need to be everywhere. Choose the platforms and tools that match your audience whether that’s LinkedIn, email, SEO or PPC.
5. Plan your content
Map out what you’re saying and when. Tie it back to your goals. Keep it consistent, useful and on-brand.
6. Track, test, tweak
Good strategy doesn’t mean set-and-forget. Look at the data, learn from it and make changes as you go.
