Did you know that I donate a percent of my earning to Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC .

After we lost our friend Helen to cancer, Adelle Helen Martin and a team of us walk Snowdon to raise money for a cancer charity. Little did we know Adelle was about to receive her own shocking diagnosis and discover how little support you get when you are a small business own with a cancer diagnosis.

That's why she and Fiona built Stronger Together Through cancer. A charity to support those women. To help them keep their business going, if thats what they want.

Knowing these incredible women, who still continue to support me, is just one of the reasons why I want to support the charity.

I feel so lucky to know them all, and proud to support such an important cause.

This has been the best and biggest The Kent Wellness Festival yet.

I've met new and familiar faces, run a colour workshop and seen over 20 people for taster colour sessions.

After a successful weekend, I treated myself to some new Pjs from House of Nataraja which had the most gorgous sparkles and I bought candles from a new business.

I'd love to visit and do yoga, listen to talks, sunbathe and get a massage, maybe one year Ill take a step back.

For now, thats a wrap from The Wellness Festival 2026. 🥰
