Is January still going…? Because it definitely feels like day 400.
We love the fresh-start energy that January brings, but last week was a reminder of just how much can be achieved when there’s space to step back, reflect and plan properly (and we’re definitely not done yet).
It was full-on — but in the best possible way:
✔️Our first (informal) AI training session for a client
Focused on practical, real-world use — not just in marketing, but across departments — helping teams understand how AI can support their business without adding complexity or overwhelm.
✔️Exhibiting and networking at the Visit Worcestershire Tourism Conference & Exhibition – Beyond the Billion
A valuable opportunity to connect with tourism businesses and partners, explore what’s next for the visitor economy, and bring fresh insight back into client strategies.
✔️2026 planning sessions with clients
January offers a rare breathing space — particularly for tourism and hospitality businesses that spend much of the year in delivery mode. These sessions focused on reflecting on what worked, what didn’t, and adjusting plans now so 2026 feels considered, realistic and flexible.
✔️A (top secret 👀) event launch project meeting
Early-stage planning and strong foundations being quietly put in place behind the scenes. More on this one soon…
✔️Website briefing meetings
Turning client objectives into clear digital briefs and exploring the right delivery partners to support long-term growth.
✔️Visit Herefordshire networking at a private screening of Hamnet
A great opportunity to reconnect with local tourism businesses, share ideas and strengthen relationships — with an interesting lens on the growing “set-jetting” trend.
✔️Campaign planning, content calendars and deep lead-generation research
Turning insight into action, particularly around audience profiling and targeting for a manufacturing client.
✔️And a new client discovery meeting
Always a highlight — listening first, asking the right questions and exploring how we can add value.
A week of planning, learning, connecting — and then doing.
Exactly how we like it.
If January is your brief window to review what worked last season, rethink your marketing or quietly explore where AI might actually help (without adding more to your plate), you’re very much not alone.
And yes — we’ll need that coffee to go please ☕️
