When this historic site came to the market for the 1st time in over 100 years Richard Barber & Company were asked to design a creative Marketing Brochure & Advertising Campaign.

The BOE sports ground offered an exceptional opportunity to purchase a prestigious facility steeped in history.

Mortlake Brewery has existed since the 15th century - in more recent times it was renamed Stag Brewery and eventually became a production base for Budweiser.

When the Brewery closed we were ask by the selling agents to market the site on behalf of the owners. Subsequently we produced a marketing identity & creative brochure, which we printed with silver foiling and hardcover to create a high quality feel & look. We also produced a matching Website & Data room and a national Advertising Campaign.

The site subsequently sold for circa £158 Million !
