The £4 CPL your agency is celebrating? It's almost certainly not the win they're framing it as.

Cheap leads are easy. Run a broad audience, a lead-magnet ad, a single-step form, and the CPL drops.
Looks great on the dashboard. Looks great in the Monday morning email....

Then the sales team gets the list. And they go quiet.

Because cheap leads almost never close. They opt in for the freebie, the discount, the giveaway, not for your product or services.

Three feedbacks. One night at Co-op Live. ✨

Last month we donated our box at Co-op Live to the Barrie Wells Trust - Box4Kids Box4Kids programme, and three families joined us for the Louis Tomlinson show. The Trust supports children living with serious illness, and Box4Kids gives them the chance to experience live events that the day-to-day reality of their conditions often makes difficult.

The messages the Trust shared with us afterwards spoke for themselves, swipe to read what three of the mums said about the evening.
