Long overdue post but still keen to thank everyone at Georgia Hadwin Ash Willis Jen Carter & all Grounds Management Association interviewees and contributors on an excellent summer issue.

Thanks to Colin Hoskins for a wide-reaching interview with Charlie Yeomans and his team at University of Warwick (& great photos ) plus an in depth interview with outgoing GMA CEO . Thanks to Andy Carmichael who no doubt loved his chat with ECB pitch & grounds advisor Andy Mackay re: evidence-based management practice in preparing cricket pitches at county cricket grounds. And to GMA regional pitch advisor Todd Harrrison who showcased Nottingham Casuals RFC’s pitch improvement journey.

Thanks also to .spring who shared STRI Group water management guidance for racecourses, and to Dr Richard Collins from for an educational piece on how to optimise soil health for stronger, safer surfaces.
