I’m not reinventing myself in 2026.
I’m doing MORE of what already works. Oh and helping my community do the same when it comes to working smarter not harder
January was a goodie - Permission launched, energy was HIGH, momentum was building.
But I didn’t use it to lock in goals or map out some rigid plan.
I used it to TEST. To feel into what actually works. To go BIGGER with some things and see what landed.
Now it’s February - and I’m ready to CONFIRM what I’m doing more of and what’s staying.
Because growth doesn’t always mean doing something completely different.
Sometimes it means doing MORE of what’s already moving the needle.
So here’s what I’m NOT changing in 2026 👇

Almost 14 years ago, I became a mum.
This memory just popped up - me and TJ in India just after her baby shower.
TJ was about to have her 4th baby. I was having my first.
She started a community for expats that grew from 15 people at a coffee morning to 2,000. I supported her in building it.
Honestly? It saved my sanity.
Because I’d given up my retail career dreams to follow my husband to India. And like so many women, I’d lost my own identity somewhere along the way.
Here’s what nobody tells you:
A lot of women have to reinvent themselves multiple times.
You have a career. Then maybe it doesn’t fit with motherhood, or your values shift, or life throws you a curveball.
Many women find their way back to a passion - even their calling.
But there’s a common and growing problem:
Nobody teaches you how to SELL. How to show up. How to stop staying invisible.
The stats are shocking. Women get a fraction of the investment men do. We have to fight SO much harder just to be seen.
So many women find this challenging. Fear of judgement is a biggie. They really struggle to know how to show up without the cringe.
That’s why I do what I do.
I think about TJ and that community we built. She showed me what’s possible when you refuse to stay small.
Now I’m building my own community of women who are done being the best-kept secret.
If we take action, we can make a difference.
Not just for ourselves - for the next generation of women watching us.

One week since PERMISSION… and we’re still buzzing. 🔥
(Also absolutely knackered. Building something this big? It takes EVERYTHING. But oh my god, it was worth it.)
We keep asking ourselves: can we do it again? Can we recreate that magic?
Then your messages come in. And we remember - we’re not creating it alone. YOU created it with us.

What a difference a year can make.
This time last year? I was exhausted. Lacking motivation. Running on empty.
That’s when I started actually looking after myself - working with Debbie, my nutritionist. Small shifts that turned into big changes.
And now? This might just be my favourite January yet as a founder.
Here’s why:
Permission happened. A dream I brought to reality. 100 women in a room giving themselves permission to be SEEN. The energy in that space was incredible - but what happened AFTERWARDS? That’s what I’m still buzzing about. The connections. The follow-ups. The momentum.
Brand Deep Dives with truly aligned clients. The kind of work that lights me up.
SEEN has had an upgrade and we’re building serious momentum. New members joining. It’s my weekly highlight - and it keeps getting better (even if I do say so myself). I’ve built it and evolved it MY way.
A masterclass that sparked an idea for another event. That’s what happens when you’re in rooms with the right people.
House of Founders is always a good idea. The women Victoria brings together? Amazing. Energizing. Aligned.
A lot can change in a year when you surround yourself with the right people.
(Even in 6 months - I’ve only known Zoe that long!)
I feel aligned. Energized. So excited for 2026.

The power of community 👆this for me is what is all about and this note on Thursday morning was soo special!

Last year, Zoe came to a content and co-working session.
Then she booked a Power Up.
Instantly joined SEEN.
Delivered a workshop within the membership.
Showed up at networking events.
Each step building her confidence.
Last week? She did the scariest thing yet.
Walked into Permission - a room with a hundred women in Manchester. In the evening. Alone.
Something she would NEVER have done before.

2026 is my year of getting OFF screens and INTO rooms with you.
Showing up in person - it changes EVERYTHING.

That coffee morning I dragged myself to when I moved to India? Built a community of 2,000 women.
Saying hello to a random mum at my kids’ school social? She became my best friend who supported me set up Your AJency in Chiacgo!
