Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week
(this could increase due to the work demands and what you can realistically complete).
Working Hours: Flexible but within reason/suitability to the business’s needs – pre agreed in advance of employment commencement.
Location: Hybrid (Preferred candidate will work at least one shift within the office, based in Reddish, Stockport).
Rate of Pay: £12 (negotiable) per hour (subject to experience).
About the Role:
This part-time role will require both Telephone and Administration duties. The type of job you will carry out could vary hourly/daily dependent upon the business needs.
This would include (but is not limited to) speaking with potential clients, speaking with current clients, speaking with other members of staff, data collating using various strategies, data cleansing, quality checks and processing of bookings.
You would be required to use multiple platforms to carry out these jobs including (but not limited to) google sheets, google search, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, Adversus, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
It would be advantageous if you are organised and able to prioritise your workload, can work both with others and on your own and of course have a friendly and approachable telephone manner.
Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.
