Yes content is king, but engagement is your queen!⠀

63% of customers actually expect companies to offer customer service via their social media channels, and 90% of social media users have already used social media as a way to communicate with a brand or business. (Source: Smart Insights)⠀

Not only are you risking losing business by not interacting with people who like or comment on your content you are also loosing valuable engagement points on your socials algorithm, in a nutshell the more comments and likes on your post the more people will see your next post.⠀

Top brands on Instagram are seeing a per-follower engagement rate of 4.21% which is 58 times higher than on Facebook and 120 times higher than on Twitter (Source: Hootsuite) - Work out what your engagement rate is for likes and comments by taking the average amount of “likes” + “comments” and divide it by your follower amount.⠀

What we love about Pärla!

Well apart from the product being fabulous, we love working with them because they have really worked hard to establish their unique differentiators and what problems they solve for potential consumers.
Their branding is simplistic, Scandinavian in feel - (after all Pärla means pear/bead in Swedish) so all the content that we create for them reflects that.

Each month we regularly produce 40-50 pieces of content for our clients that will run across several different social media platforms such as IGTV, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram feed and stories and the new kid in the block TIK TOK!

So how can you do it?

1️⃣ You need to decide:-

❓ what are the three key goals

❓ Which social media platforms will you be using

❓ what is your target audience? (Tip this will be different depending on the platform)

❓ What is your USP and how can that content reflect it ?

Once you’ve decided the above you need to:-

2️⃣ Research!

❓What are the current trending topics/hashtags/viral crazes and can you capitalise on them? Are any relevant or adaptable to your business?

❓ what are your social media inspirations doing atm?

❓what kind of posts are your target audience engaging with?

3️⃣ put down on paper all your ideas 40-50 of them!

❓ how long will each take?

❓ Do you need any additional people such as staff or patients?

❓ where will you film, and what equipment will you need, such as extra lighting or sound if it’s a room that will echo or the light is not great

Then do a final your schedule. Typically we spend 9am -6pm

4️⃣Get Your team together

Typically on a content day we will use

✅ videographer

✅ Photographer

✅ Behind the scenes social content manager (stories etc)

✅ Director to keep the packed schedule on track

5️⃣ Edit & Schedule your posts.

We like buffer as a schedule platform but there are others such as hoot suite or sprout.

This should give you a months worth of ‘base content’ that you can then add to with ad hoc day to day posts to give the ‘real time’ feel to your social media.

Social media is going nowhere and consistent content is the key 🔑

The drive team were responsible for making sure both the launch and the follow up Avant Garde Dentistry courses had paying delegates. These Facebook campaigns created by the team served two purposes.

1️⃣ Brand Awareness

When launching a new brand with a little know concept it’s important to understand that ROI is not going to be measurable straight away. A certain proportion of your budget needs to go on brand awareness

2️⃣ Drive Bookings

Both course dates were fully booked with clinicians travelling across Europe to learn the Avant Garde Digital Workflow
