Liftrank Media started life as a digital marketing agency providing dedicated marketing agents to
clients in the UK. We are now evolving into a full scale BPO business providing remote staffing to
clients in the UK. We work with clients in financial services, insolvency, and legal sector to provide
remote staff based in our service center overseas. Our proposition is unique, competitive, and

The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events; coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests; and maintain keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.
Further, he/she will be tasked with organizing the day-to-day operations of the companyโs administrative services and raising purchase requests of required items at office, coordinating with the building management for smooth operations processing, taking care of office-space planning, maintenance and renovations, carrying out inspection at various facilities, supervising the administrative support staff, and dividing worker responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.

โข Arrange all travel documents in coordination with the concerned individual and department (including invitation letters and assistance in internal office mobilizations)
โข Arrange different hotel/guest house rooms
โข Foreign Affair office-related matters (attestation of legal/travel documents)
โข Bank / Post office logistics etc., for visas, Bank Statement collection from the bank, Vouchers entry in tracking file & Cheque payments to Vendors
โข Manage outgoing/incoming important post via courier service, related to visas and projects
โข Maintenance of Employees data (Amex-related, insurances, travel-related, etc.)
โข PQ documents arrangement
โข Responsible for Office Refreshment Arrangement (Tea Coffee and Water)
โข Visiting Cards, the printing of office stationery, etc.
โข Cell Phone managements, (payments, new connections, resolution of issues/blockage)
โข Ops Engineersโ site safety kits (coveralls, safety helmets, glasses, safety shoes, etc.)
โข Attending visitors, Sorting Mail, Vendor bills management, Customer Invoices, Mailing & Stamping, Check Processing, Supplies Management & Utilities & Office Expense Management

We provide market competitive salary. It is possible to increase salary when 3 months probationary period is completed on performance basis.
