Small business owners are superheroes…🦸🏼♀️
Not because we wear capes but because every single day we somehow manage to wear about 17 different hats instead!
You’re the marketing department
The customer service team
The accountant
The salesperson
The content creator
The administrator
The problem solver
The tea maker
And somehow you’re expected to do it all whilst still delivering an amazing service to your customers!
People often see the finished product - the social media posts, the website, the orders being packed, the appointments being booked …
What they don’t always see are the late nights, the early mornings, the cancelled plans, the self doubt, the constant juggling and the endless mental load that comes with running a business! 🙈
The reality is that most small business owners are carrying a to do list that never really ends and trying to balance growing a business with family life, school runs, appointments, responsibilities, finances and everything else that life throws at them!
Yet we still keep showing up, serving our customers, finding solutions and believing in ourselves!
This Small Business Week I want to celebrate every business owner who has ever questioned themselves, felt exhausted, worried about where the next client was coming from or wondered if all the hard work was worth it.
