One of my New Year's resolutions this year was to be more creative✨ I feel most at peace when I'm designing, crafting, painting- anything that lets my brain turn off. Between day-to-day design work and just being busy with life, that creativity can sometimes get dulled, so this year I'm making more time outside of work to do what makes me happy.
Here's everything I've done so far:
• Attended a vision board workshop by the amazing at my fave shop ✨
• Anyone who knows me knows I'm obsessed with Harry Potter, so I built a cardboard Gringotts bank for my bookshelf (a Christmas present from my sister)🏦
• I also love Lego (nerd at heart) and built Fawkes🐦🔥
• Got a Kindle for Christmas and designed inserts for my clear case using my fave book stickers📚
• Two more Lego sets: the Harry Potter car and an orchid🌷🚙
• Made a teranium, that looks like hagrids hut🛖
• Finally finished and delivered all of my wedding invites, a little sneak peek at the design💗🧡
• Another Lego set (maybe my fave yet): a wildflower bouquet💐
• Visited and tried Decoden for the first time- made a frame and loved it🎨
• Plus LOTS of wedding DIYs ticked off my very long todo list... see the last pic for how I've taken over Tom's man cave😂
