What a lot of foamer!

The Manchester Foam(er) Party has concluded, with a showcase of 8 bars across the city and their use of Ms.Betters Bitters Miraculous Foamer in some of their signature cocktail serves.

From twists on classics, innovative draught ideas and engaging drinks, a big thank you to everyone who got involved in my project!

Ms. Better’s Bitters Miraculous Foamer
Pineapple juice
Apple juice
A Kumquat, Honey and Gochujang blended syrup
Soy Sauce
Hojicha Tea

Shake all ingredients together with ice, then swizzle and strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a dash of soy sauce.

Crème de Framboise
Hibiscus Syrup
Lemon Juice
Pineapple Juice

Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dash of cranberry bitters and a polaroid of the serve.

Northern Restaurant & Bar 2026

Not many photos from me over the last few days, or indeed time to pop around and check out some of the stands as we had a steady stream of intrigued trade wanting to experience the beers of Craftwork with me and Alex, co-founder of Mash Gang!

Charred Pineapple and Chipotle Syrup

Shake all ingredients together with ice, then dry shake before straining into a rocks glass of cubed ice. Garnish with a dried Árb chilli.

Pre-blend of Marigold infused F***y Fougerat Cognac, Cartron Crème de Peche and Picpoul Wine

Shake all ingredients together with ice, then dry shake before straining into a Coupe glass. Garnish with a drop of Petchaud’s Bitters.
