Yesterday made a splash! 18 trophies handed out at the Kimberly-Clark Professional Golden Service Awards. A brilliant afternoon at the London Hilton On Park Lane, and an industry that absolutely refused to be ordinary.

Congrats to every finalist - getting there is no quack feat. And to the winners: you earned every single one.

And that deserves more than a LinkedIn post. (But here's one anyway 😁)

Last day at Amsterdam - and we’ve had an absolutely quacking time. 🐥 , and Bubble have been waddling around the show floor all week. So many incredible stands - and the one genuinely stopped us in our tracks.

Kelsey has been running live cleaning demos every 30 minutes and the crowd each time says it all. Oh and there’s a ball pit. A BALL PIT. At a cleaning show. We love this industry.

Amsterdam, you were brilliant. London, we’re waddling home.

We made a splash in Manchester 🐤 Merci Marosi C.Env.Cln, Michelle Brightly, Katie Henstock… and of course the ducks - all at for two packed days of panels, conversations and industry energy.

Merci joined the AI discussion, brilliantly moderated by Vanessa Goddess, focusing on how AI actually supports cleaning businesses in the real world - practical ways to free up time and reduce pressure.

Michelle took to the stage for A Modern Approach to Training, Education and Personnel Development for the Cleaning Sector, sharing modern thinking on how we develop people properly in our industry.

Huge thank you to the organisers for another fantastic show - and special thanks to Paul Sweeney and the team for bringing everyone together so brilliantly.

The Cleaning and Support Services Association/Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association networking event was the perfect way to round it off. Great people, great conversations, and plenty of ideas flowing.

Manchester, thanks for having us. We’ve come back to the pond with fresh ideas, new connections, and a very full follow-up list.

What a quacking good night! We were at the CSSA Annual Celebration yesterday, and it was all smiles, good conversations, and even better company. Big cheers to the Northern and Southern Community Groups for all they’ve achieved this year.

Merci and Katie had a brilliant time catching up, making new connections, and celebrating everything that makes this industry so special.

Quacktastic Quiz Night! We had an absolute blast last night with Merci, Michelle, Veronika, Katie, Sophie, Laura & Jeff at the Cleaning and Support Services Association Southern Community Group Pub Quiz! 😜

Brains, laughs, and a few wildly creative answers later… we didn’t win, but we definitely won on fun and teamwork! Huge congratulations to the winning team – you quacked it!
