I want you to BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF & I can help you get there. MY REAL STYLE JOURNEY started in 2016. After 15 years of wearing clothes that did not fit my body shape, I would go shopping for hours but come back empty handed. My wardrobe was uninspiring and filled me with dread. No matter how much money I spent on new clothes, I always wore the SAME OLD CLOTHES. Style for me was something unobtainable, what others were able to master- the rich, the famous were able to flaunt. I was stuck in a rut, wearing clothes that didn't represent who I was or even flattered my body. But I had just had a BABY and was on a maternity salary so I could no longer afford to use shopping as a way of 'fixing' my style problem. So I made a commitment to IMPROVE MY STYLE. I decided to focus on the clothes already in my wardrobe. I noticed I had alot of clothes I wasn't wearing because I'd forgotten they existed and I didn't how to style them. I started by getting rid of the clothes that made me feel crappy and kept the clothes I ACTUALLY LIKED TO WEAR. I took better care of my wellbeing and started noticing the helpful things I could do to improve my personal style. There was a lot of stress at the time, my mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was on palliative care. Style became my lifeline. I would spend HOURS RESEARCHING & EXPERIMENTING different style personalities. A welcomed distraction from the pain of loosing my mum. In 2018 I 'got' it. My personal style was actualized and honestly, I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK! Style has given me an inner strength, a confidence I never imagined I had. It got me through the painful trips to the hospital to be by mum's side. When I am dressed in keeping with my Signature Style I FEEL INVINCIBLE. I AM STRONG. I CAN FIGHT ANYTHING 💪

I wanted to use Savvy Style to help other women overcome their personal battles. I stand out from the crowd by focusing on wellbeing 🧠❤ and offering a unique personal styling service. I help my clients identify their unique Signature Style and BUILD CONFIDENCE INSIDE OUT.

When my styling clients ask if they should buy a new dress for any upcoming events, my response is always the same- buy less, wear more.
💜
Most of the time, the outfit you're looking for is already inside your wardrobe and with a little time, creativity & styling know how, you can create a look effortlessly.
💜
This yellow dress is a great example of this concept- I've had it since 2022 and so far, have worn it to:

👗 Lunches
👗 Dinner events
👗 Networking
👗 Shopping (yep seriously!)

So why buy new when you already have something?
That's the thing, we have a tendency to buy new, this happens because:
1) Items are out of sight, therefore out of mind.
2) You have limited time to create an outfit.
3) Shopping often feels like the easiest option (but this is a false sense of security).

Instead, always ask yourself these questions-
❓️What have I got in my wardrobe I can use?
❓️Do I have something similar?
❓️How can I stand out authentically with this outfit?

I have been hosting networking groups for the Savvy Style community for over 4 years through Worsley Women's Networking and Savvy Style Bolton.

This year, I felt called to change things up. I was spreading myself too thin- ever, get that feeling?

I wanted to continue hosting a networking group for the Savvy Style community, but i wanted to keep it to 1 group AND create a space for style focused discussions to take place.

And so...Savvy Style Networking was born- we are a networking group for Style focused women in business 💪

What a fabulous night it was! We saw an array of looks & styles from high street brands like MANGO right through to uniquely creative designers like Liam Brandon Murray the devil's tailor
