A day at Blume with Kensey 🎬
First up in our new A Day in the Life series is Kensey Johnson, our Assistant Contact Centre Manager.
Kensey joined the Group four years ago as a Team Leader, building the Manchester Patient Claim Line team from the ground up before progressing to Senior Team Leader.
Today, she has broader responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of Patient Claim Line, supporting the team as they connect people affected by medical negligence with the right specialist lawyer when they need it most.
After graduating with a degree in law, Kensey began her career as a legal assistant in clinical negligence and has always been passionate about helping people access justice.
Her role continues to evolve and she has recently taken on the role of Operations Lead for an exciting new project within the business.
