We’re looking to take on a new designer as soon as possible. You’ll have 2 or 3 years’ experience, either in-house or at an agency, a strong portfolio across both print and digital and any experience of working with and designing for Wordpress would be really handy.

As part of the design team, you’ll get to work on a range of print and digital design projects for national and international brands.

So if you’re someone who is great at taking a brand and producing multiple assets that meet brand guidelines with great attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you. Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a must.

You should also be good at working as part of a small but brilliant creative team, while also able to take accountability for your work, managing your own workload and deadlines effectively.

We’re a friendly, sociable bunch with some really great customers - with more due to come on board in the next couple of months. We’d love you to join us.

Today we are proud to showcase one of our latest rebranding projects! We couldn’t be more thrilled with how it all turned out.

Tackling one of todays most pressing issues, meat consumption. One Planet Pizza are thriving in their campaign for a meat-free vegan way of life.

OPP have been bringing a tried and tested vegan range of pizzas to the masses with no intention of slowing down. With absolutely no compromise on taste (believe us when we say we’ve tried a fair few by now). 👀

The new branding is striking and bold, seeking to step away from the usual green-toned vegan packaging. Featuring a simple yet considered yellow and black colour palette which pops with fantastic contrast. Appealing to the outgoing and youthful style of OPP’s intended audience.

PIZZA WITH PURPOSE

Our mission is to help create a better planet. How do we do that? We know that tasty food changes opinions faster than facts, figures and possibly Sir David Attenborough (sorry David), so we encourage more people to eat plant-based food through the power of awesome pizza, of course. We want a world where everyone has the choice to enjoy an unbelievably plant-based pizza, which does as good as it tastes (and it tastes epic).

Over the course of the COVID pandemic, Tom has delved into the art of homemade pizza. To begin with, during the first lockdown he had decided to make a pizza oven on a budget... And over the past year and a half it’s held together pretty well!

Now not all may be able to get that crispy pizza oven crust, however the results are still absolutely fantastic in any home oven (just whack the temperature pretty high, 270 to be precise).

Here’s a short dough recipe for a great stretchy Neapolitan style base...

(Makes 2)

280g water
400g flour
15g salt
5g dry yeast

(Makes 4)

560g water
800g flour
30g salt
10g dry yeast

(Makes 8)

1.1L Water
1.6KG Flour
60g Salt
20G Dry Yeast

Creation Book Feature no. 01

Our first design book we wanted to share with you is ‘The graphic design idea book’. It’s a particularly visual book which doesn’t waste time at showing off a variety of methods to help your work have a little extra something. The book features work from some of the biggest names in the industry!

Tom (A designer at Creation) writes “At times I have an idea which is ready to go, but every once in a while you have an off day and the efforts to bring out what’s in my head fail to come to life... This book has reset my mind on a fair few occasions and provoked methods and techniques that I may have either forgotten about, or not tried in a while. Or better yet, a new flow of inspiration to experiment with”.
