One of my websites generates 40-50 leads every single week...
On autopilot.
No ads.

We just showed up.
Provided free value upfront.
Consistently.
Where it mattered.
A couple of years ago, instead of pumping money into ads, we doubled down on one thing:
Give away as much free value on the website.
Every week.
Little and often.
Not perfect content.
Not over-polished templates.
Just simple, helpful pages and blogs that answered real problems and topics our ideal clients actually had.
Google likes it.
People like it.
AI is starting to like it.
Then over time, the traffic started turning into enquiries…
And the enquiries turned into pipeline.
Today?
Those pieces of free value compound into 40-50 leads a week.
Without me being glued to a laptop 24/7.
Without some crazy marketing strategy.

2. Make it simple but packed with as much value as possible.

You won’t see results tomorrow.
But give it a few months and you’ll be surprised at how powerful “showing up” can be.
And if you don’t show up at all, results won’t either.
