For our digitising we use Wilcom branded software which is the world market leader for embroidery and printing software. This produces the highest quality embroidery files to be used with our embroidery machines. For our
threads we use Madeira which is the world market leader for all machine embroidery threads. Madeira work with Pantone colours which help us create the exact colour reproduction of any logo and design. All threads produced by Madeira carry the world class 1 oeko-tex certification - No dangerous or banned substances which is a higher certification than brands like Nike and Puma. These threads can also be used to on baby garments and are fire resistant. For our embroidery machines we use Melco which is the world market leader for industrial embroidery machines. Melco are the only manufacturer that can support up to 16 needles meaning we can embroider 16 different colours at any one time giving us the ability to embroider complex designs which simply others cannot reproduce.
