Hope lockdown hasn't been too hard on you all.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don't feel like lockdown was much of a chill for us. We pivoted to online / remote coaching and rebranded, I created which has gained a life of its own, we've been working on the launch and prep for - our second gym which has been in the works for near 12 months - and my Bare work shrunk massively. The wheels of Bare Social are slowly starting to turn again with a few new potential projects in the pipeline. It's been a scary and amazing time. But I don't feel like it's quite over yet.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Bare Social client The Chippy on Burton Rd is doing an amazing job at this time. So much so, they were selected from all the restaurants across the country on Deliveroo to be one of 4 included in a brand new Food Heroes series.

Check out the socially-distanced filming that took place at the restaurant on Tuesday.
