🚨 Stopping or reducing dietary fiber intake reduces constipation and its associated symptoms.
A study published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology found that reducing or eliminating dietary fiber significantly improves symptoms of idiopathic chronic constipation, contrary to the belief that higher fiber intake is beneficial.
Over six months, patients who stopped fiber intake experienced complete symptom relief and increased bowel movement frequency, while those on high-fiber diets saw no improvement.
