🚨 Why Your Website Contact Forms Might Not Be Sending Emails! 🚨
Have you noticed that your website’s contact forms aren’t sending messages to your inbox anymore — especially if you're using Gmail or Outlook (Microsoft 365)?
You're not alone. In the past year, email providers have tightened their security checks to stop spam. That means they’re now looking for special records (called SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to prove that emails from your website are actually allowed to use your domain name.
🔒 If these aren't set up correctly in your domain settings (DNS), your emails could be silently blocked, never even reaching your inbox.
👨💻 At Aumworks, we can help verify your settings and ensure everything’s set up properly so your contact forms work reliably again. In some circumstances, a new method of sending a message can also be adopted.
To see if you have an issue. Check your contact forms on your website and ensure that you are receiving the message. (Remember to check your Junk mail)
