Some jobs are just a total joy…

After a successful launch of Scatho’s gelato last year, we were asked to name and design a sibling brand for their range of gelato specifically for (hot) dogs. Give us a paws-up if you like 🖤

Celebrate taste.

Keeping it local. Have really loved developing this identity, not only has it been creatively rewarding but the Red Lion is just down the road and the clients are good friends.

No ordinary boozer (as the name would suggest), but a rural idyll tucked away in the charming Wiltshire village of East Chisenbury on the banks of the chalk stream river Avon. Yes, a cosy pub with award-winning rooms, but more a gastronomic destination (lauded in the Michelin Guide) based on their love of big natural flavours and classic cooking technique.

Still work to do on signage etc in the coming months, but excited to share.

With a twist 😛

Moving away from competitors typical ‘dairy farm’ clichés, a black and white palette was developed to build on Cornish identity but adding a contemporary literal twist complemented with product colour being stirred-in for flavour definition.

A tone of voice whipped-up to connect with a younger more brand conscious market, flavoured with notes of irresistible naughtiness.

Whipped-up in a week...

We were approached by a new independent Cornish ice cream producer to develop a strategy, name and design language for their new product line and hospitality offering based in Portscatho on the Roseland Peninsula.

In a mad flurry (with an incredibly short deadline), a whistestop visit with briefing and lunch... the beach ball was rolling. Seven days later, we had the name registered, design proposal approved and rollout being scheduled.

What a sweet sugar rush this project has been, more please!

An identity system for Gabon’s destination marketing campaign, ‘The Last Eden’.

With rainforest covering 89% of the land mass, Gabon is rich in biodiversity with significant areas of protected parkland acting as sanctuary for wildlife.

The country’s economic focus is to positively benefit from this enormous environmental asset via a responsible approach rather than exploiting it through deforestation and subsequent damage to the local ecosystems and global carbon levels.

Designed to engage with an international audience primarily establishing Gabon as a leading destination for ecotourism as well as showcasing the unique Gabonese culture and highlighting the economic wealth of opportunities across wider trade and investment.

The design provides flexibility for the client and associated ministeries to implement locally across applications, languages and audiences.
