Every year, RBHers receive a £250 wellbeing budget to put towards a course or experience, to give them a boost at work and support with work/life balance.

So, Account Director by day, baker by weekend Charlotte headed to meet our neighbours at Hampton Manor and learn how to make croissants at a bakery workshop.

And the Social team can confirm it's been the most delicious use of a training budget so far 🥐
