Another rewire wrapped up 🔧⚡️
New spotlights fitted in the kitchen and bathroom, all chases patched and left tidy ready for the plasterer and decorators.

Big progress on this project ⚡️

Partial rewire completed along with new spotlight installations in the hall, kitchen, and extension 💡 The garage conversion is nearly there too — just waiting on the kitchen to be fitted and the final render to go on.

It’s all coming together nicely… stay tuned for the finished results 👀🔧

Cant stress this enough. These so callled sparks/electricians carrying out electrical safety checks/EICR
In 10 mins need to stops. £60 tests are not worth risking your safety for.

Last electricians spent 10 mins and gave 5 years to a house with a backfeed on neutrals downstairs sockets
No earth on upstairs lights
No earth on 3 lights downstairs
A garage switch that was hanging not even screwed to to the wall and a working ring main doubled up in a 20A mcb right next to a 32A 🤯🤯😂

Average now is £150/£250

We where sent to carry out another electrical inspection and found all the above wrong,
