Viral Effect are hiring! We're on the look out for a Videographer / Motion Designer 👀
This role is for a creative and passionate individual with excellent judgement and willingness to collaborate within a team environment - only team players here!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to understand scope and objectives of content created.
- Shooting and editing footage to produce creative video content - Motion graphic animations are a big plus!
- The ability to select appropriate footage, audio, graphic and animation styles suitable for each project
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance video and motion graphics
- Support the team with photo-editing, illustration and graphic design where needed.
- Deliver cutting edge work.

As well as being highly driven and having a desire to develop your skill set, the ideal candidate will also have the following qualities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to understand and uphold brand guidelines, and producing work of a suitable style
- The ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
- To be able to mediate problems and arrive at the best solution
- To be able to multi-task, work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
- A passionate self starter but with the ability to work collaboratively
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience of designing for the web, print and mobile.
- Proficient with the Adobe suite [Pr, Ae, Ai, Ps, In] and other design tools
