You actually need more than one logo (sort of). You need variations of your logo to work in all different kinds of settings.

For example, you’d use a different variation of your logo on a full page advert than you would for your socials logo.

You’ll also need a variation of your logo that can be used on dark or light backgrounds otherwise it will blend in to the background.

When a graphic designer at Hooli creates your logo, we make sure you have all the file types you need to use your logo at any size and in any application (colour, mono, reversed, print, digital and more). This is the only way to ensure your branding stays consistent.

Great branding isn’t all about style, it’s specifically designed with marketing strategy in mind.

It needs to convey both what a business does and a feeling that connects with their target audience.

G Chandler Farming came to us looking for just that; a new logo and branding that was simple and stylish yet purposeful. Their new logo also needed to incorporate the three associated, but still very different, services they offer: farming in partnership, farm diversification and collaborative farming - all aimed at making farms more sustainable and profitable.





G Chandler Farming’s branding needed to convey stability, trustworthiness and heritage - while also communicating modernity and their willingness to move forwards and embrace new methods and methodologies.

The branding we designed differentiated the individual parts of their business (enabling them to market them appropriately) while making it clear that each is part of a wider group.

This is our favourite recent logo design - we loved the challenge of creatively showcasing all the key elements of their business within one logo and strapline.

Mark and Gemma at Chandler Farming were wonderful to work with. We’re looking forward to working with them more in the future!

August has been an exciting month at Hooli. Here’s what we’ve been up to. 👉

From website launches to lots of design for both local and internationally operating organisations and businesses it’s been another busy month!

We’ve started working on this year’s edition of The Midhurst Society’s Midhurst Journal as well designing the Year Book for Cowdray Park Polo Club

We’ve also launched a new website for Cockburn's Tea Rooms in Arundel. And we’re getting ready to launch a website for Little Red in Petworth, and we’re putting the finishing touches on the website for The Midhurst Society too!

You'll find on Lombard Street in Petworth. It's a gorgeous shop filled with hand-picked gifts, household items and accessories that are sure to make anyone smile.

Inside, Little Red is stunning. Every item has been carefully selected by Sally, the owner, who has a passion for discovering high-quailty, thoughtful products and displaying them beautifully.

You can lose yourself in the details of charming illustrations or pick up a more practical gift from YETI - Between those and the other wonderful brands that Sally stocks - there really is something for every occasion.

We whole-heartedly recommend a visit to Little Red. Petworth's a great place to explore too, with lots of fantastic independent shops, so be sure to leave plenty of time for your visit.

It’s time you met the dogs of Hooli! We’re a (very) dog friendly office so, if you’re visiting us, prepare to be met with wagging tails and friendly faces (from dogs and people alike).





Moss or ‘Moth’ (due to his lack of teeth) has been keeping us company in the office for almost 10 years. His friendly and affectionate nature helps dog loving clients feel right at home at our office.

Ernie and Ferg are the latest additions to the Hooli dog crew. It’s only two months since they were adopted so they’re still settling in but they’re getting there....

While we only get the occasional visit from Larry, he’s one of the sweetest dogs around.

They may no longer be with us, but they are not forgotten. We miss them all dearly.
