Travel industry celebrated post-covid recovery during WTM in London this week, however, tourist arrivals in most of the destinations are still negative in comparison to 2019: -52% in the first half of the year and improving to -37% in the second half (worldwide arrivals according to ForwardKey's market research).
Jordan is one of the markets paving the way in terms of recovery in Middle East with -21% arrivals 2022 vs 2019. Jordan Tourism Board launched the campaign in 10 European cities which is running in October and November to invite more visitors. Keep your eyes open 👀
