On Monday, we hosted our second Food + Drink founders gathering at NatWest. This is a FREE event for those in the hospitality industry to connect and learn from each other.

We are very grateful to Sarah from YMCA South Midlands who spoke in depth about the work at YMCA and how their social enterprise cafe, Homeground MK, supports the work they do with young people. She also highlighted the key issues impacting hospitality right now (business rates + national insurance we're looking at you!)

It's a small group, but everyone comes away having made a meaningful connection - we just love looking around the room and seeing everyone chatting and planning collaborations.

We're back next month on Monday 20th July and we'll be joined by Marie Osborne, CEO of Future Wolverton who will be talking about their very cool community project and the opportunities available to local businesses, so don't miss this one!

Social etc. is FIVE 🥳 The last 12 months have been particularly significant in our journey, as Dan also joined the business a year ago and we became a two-director business.

Over the past year, we have worked really hard to reposition the agency to focus solely on food & drink clients, add paid social to our service offering and create a sustainable business.

We are so proud of what we have created. The business has never felt more stable and not only are we doing amazing things with incredible clients, but we have more flexibility and freedom. And that feels like a huge achievement too.

A big thank you to everyone who has supported us on our journey so far - Whether it is offering advice, sending us leads or just liking our content, we appreciate it so much! 🎂
