Contact form emails are important to show your customers that you care about communication.

Let’s say you have a form on your page and you wanna send a follow up email to your services or contact information or booking, this is how you do it👇🏾

1. Go to wix dashboard > automations
2. Create a ‘NEW AUTOMATION
3. Choose wix forms or the form platform you are using
4. Decide when you want the email to be sent (trigger)
5. Choose follow up email
6. Activate

Another website must have: A very simple one is Footer Menu which is a secondary menu located at the bottom of your website.

This is secondary menu can include things like your:

✅Policies
✅Cookies
✅Social media / contact form
✅Back to Blogs/ shop
✅Contact details
✅Copyrights

This shouldn’t be an exact copy of your main menu but it should include some pages that are important too!

How to create and use wix blogs:

Educate your audience with wix blogs by sharing your content and links with them. You can do this on wix by:

1. On your dashboard go to blogs (this should appear if you already have wix blogs added to your site)
2. Click Create a new post
3. Add in your text and images (see the video)
4. You can schedule or publish your blogs.

Your products page is one of the most important pages on your website and it’s formatting is very important in a customers journey.

Your catalog page should have all your products well linked and arranged in a way that your customers understand. Customers should be able to filter and sort products with the main products at the top. A recommendations product slide should also be included to help ensure that not just one product is explored but all the rest.

A PRO tip: for your products image, ensure you have a human being either wearing or using the product or service. Website visitors tend to interact more with products that they see others using.
