We’re proud to announce the launch of the brand new website 🎉

This project was about more than just a redesign. It was about turning an underperforming digital presence into a clear, measurable growth engine.
The starting point:
❌ 500+ pages with an outdated structure
❌ Slow load times (8+ seconds)
❌ High bounce rates and poor user journeys
❌ No visibility on what marketing was actually generating revenue
We completely reworked the foundation.
What we delivered:
✅ A major sitemap reduction and full restructure of services
✅ A modern, mobile-first design focused on user experience
✅ A clear navigation system across complex service layers
✅ Conversion-led improvements to increase enquiry value
✅ Full tracking setup to measure leads, quoted value and revenue
Franklins offers a wide range of services across multiple layers (Audience Type → Service → Sub Service), which can easily become overwhelming.
We simplified this using clean sub navigation and structured page flows, making it easy for users to find exactly what they need without friction.
Beyond the website, the real shift is in how performance is measured.
For the first time, the team can now see:
✔ Where leads are coming from
✔ The quality of those leads
✔ The actual revenue generated from SEO and PPC
This means smarter decisions, less wasted spend, and the ability to scale what is already working.
We also worked closely with our photography partners to capture authentic office and team imagery, helping build trust from the first interaction.
Ordinary Toucan supported with animated and static assets, giving the site a distinct identity in a competitive market.
This is one of our favourite projects to date and a great example of what happens when strategy, design and data all align.
