If your only differentiator is the price, you are the most replaceable.

Most businesses don’t plan to compete on price. It just ends up happening.

You’re doing the work.
You’re delivering good results.
You’re staying active.

But from the outside, it all looks the same:
- same type of services
- same way of explaining them
- same king of posts

So when a client compares options, price becomes the easiest thing to decide on, because nothing clearly sets you apart.

If this feels familiar, there’s usually something underneath worth looking at.
