𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀?

💡 Or do you need more people experiencing the value of the support you already provide?

That's where many employee support strategies fall down.

👉 A benefit can't create value if people don't know it's there.

👉 It can't influence behaviour if it's difficult to discover.

👉 And it can't deliver measurable outcomes if nobody is using it.

We shouldn't judge employee experience platforms by how many benefits they hold.

💭 When employers consider what makes support valuable , they often think about the biggest benefits.
