Is it just me ? 🤔😬

My glass isn’t just full … it’s slung around my neck and perched on my head … because try as I might I cannot adapt to vari focals 🤓

And now … well now, I’m even tempted by a third pair … the ‘over glasses sun glasses!’ 😅🙈

Anyone else living like this or are you a seasoned vari focal wearer with tips and knowledge to share ? 🤔 ✍️ ⬇️

Ever blink and another month has gone by ? 😬

Now x that by 5 and here I am … right where I fully intended to be in January 🙈

The heat has driven me into a cool recess of my home and, fuelled with my mushroom gummies ( more about those later ) I’m finally carving time here.

How are you all doing ? Apart from melting 🫠 🥵 ☀️😅

Me? Well … lots on in the studio yes, and I’ve also been busy working with amazing women ( some of you are here, I know ) on content creation and inspiration.

I’ve loved this so much, filming at locations, chatting over coffees, and so will be talking more here about

You know the scenario all too well … new fad, new diet, new must use cream of instant rejuvenation, the Netflix series that is on everyone’s lips 😬

It’s exhausting … exhausting to read as much as it is to cling onto those wagons as they speed by.

I let go … it was liberating 😂✨

So to start we have EMPORIUM

I LOVE in person networking but always struggle to have enough time to learn more about my fellow entrepreneurs.

Emporium begins as a simple pop up, featuring ten small businesses in the gallery space I curate at Kenfig

Running alongside the monthly Farmers Market, it’s a fabulous opportunity to invite existing clients to come in and see you / your products … as well as being visible to new .

And of course … always good for social media content too! Let’s never forget that! 😂💪
