We recently launched a refreshed website for - a charity supporting student wellbeing and potential at The Duchess’s Community High School in Alnwick.

Their mission is simple but powerful: One Charity, 1,500 Futures. They work to open doors for students by building confidence, supporting wellbeing, and helping every young person believe in what’s possible.

They came to us with a website that no longer reflected their growth and ambitions. We’ve updated the site to better showcase their work, make it easier for the community to volunteer and support them, and given them the tools to keep content fresh themselves.

New launch: Eyemouth Marine

We recently built a new website for this historic Scottish Borders boatyard - complete with bespoke CMS and e-commerce tailored to how they actually work.

They needed flexibility to sell everything from small parts to full outboard motors, and the ability to switch the shop to catalogue mode when they’re too busy in the yard to handle online orders.

After a year focused on client work, we're back sharing what we do at Lazy Grace.

For those new here: we're a five-person design and digital agency based at The Granary in the Northumberland National Park. Since 1998, we've been creating brands, websites, and marketing for businesses across the North.

Our location is deliberate. Working from the edge of the National Park gives us space to think and create, with the clarity that comes from being surrounded by ancient hills rather than office blocks. Modern connectivity means we work with clients across the UK while keeping the perspective that comes from somewhere truly distinctive.

This year, we're committing to sharing more - projects, process, and life at the studio.

Our clients span from Northumberland and the Scottish Borders to the Lake District and North Yorkshire, but location is no barrier. If you're looking for a creative partner who builds for the long term, get in touch.

P.S. We couldn't get to the office at the start of last week due to the snow - just another reminder that working in the National Park comes with its moments. We wouldn't have it any other way.

Apparently Lazy Grace Ltd was incorporated 20 years ago this very day - Whoop! And a Happy Birthday to Us! Although we’d been knocking websites out for a good few years before this, Lazy Grace brought us together and gave us the vehicle to build a unique business in a fantastic location.

Thanks to all the guys and gals who helped along the way and a sincere thanks to all our great clients who pay the bills and allow us to do what we do. Here’s to the next 20!
