Working flexibly is super important to me.
I'm posting this at just after midnight.

Because that's when the creativity has kicked in.
I recognise that these aren't traditional working hours. But with me you don't get "traditional" work. you get creativity, brilliant ideas and an abundance (or maybe that's an embarrassment?) of alliteration.

One from the archive. This is from 2019 where I ran a seminar in Hertford for local businesses. I just found the message from one of the attendees who was talking about how she was stressed and rushed off her feet as clients didn't want to wait for her custom items. I suggested adding a rush charge to give people the chance to pay less to wait but at least she was being paid for the stress.

I'm so pleased I made the leap. Juggling 2 jobs single handedly raising a son and maintaining friendships and keeping a roof over our heads have at times been tricky. But now I run my own business and I love it.
