💜 Local Business Shout Out! 💜

I have to give a huge shout out to Ascendancy Active and Shaun for his help this week.

Finding supplements can be a bit of a minefield when you have allergies and dietary restrictions, but Shaun took the time to listen, answer my questions and recommend a product that would actually work for me.

He suggested the Applied Nutrition Beef-XP Blackcurrant Millions flavour and honestly... he absolutely nailed the recommendation!

When he said it packed a punch with flavour, he wasn't exaggerating. I was expecting the usual compromise between "good ingredients" and "good taste", but this has been one of the best-tasting protein products I've tried.

It's always refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares about helping customers find the right product rather than just making a sale.

Thank you, Shaun, for the fantastic service and spot-on recommendation. Supporting local businesses is easy when they're this good!

To say I'm grateful would be an understatement. Knowing that this nomination has come directly from customers and members of our local community makes it even more special. 💚

When I started Tiny Stitch, my goal was simple: to create high-quality embroidered and printed apparel while providing a personal, reliable service that helps businesses, teams, clubs and individuals bring their ideas to life.

As a small independent business, every order, recommendation, share and kind word means the world. Thank you to everyone who has supported Tiny Stitch so far — whether you've placed an order, recommended me to a friend, liked a post, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines.

🚨 8 DAYS TO GO 🚨

In just over a week, I’ll be voluntarily throwing myself through 10k of mud, obstacles, chaos, and what can only be described as a full-body regret session… all for an amazing cause 💛😂

On 17th May I’ll be taking on the Pretty Muddy Race for Life in support of Cancer Research UK and every donation genuinely means the world.

Right now my training mostly consists of: 🏃‍♀️ avoiding snacks I definitely don’t need
🧘‍♀️ mentally preparing to lose a trainer in the mud
😂 pretending I’m fit enough for this
💛 reminding myself why this matters

Cancer affects so many lives and I’m so proud to be doing something to help raise money for vital research, treatments, and support.

✨ Out of Office ✨

I’m officially off celebrating turning 40… and what a way to do it! 🥂

My amazing husband has surprised me with a mini break to Bath, so I’ll be soaking up every moment, switching off, and enjoying a much-needed rest 💫

I honestly feel so lucky. I’m surrounded by the most beautiful family and friends who have gone above and beyond to make this milestone birthday so special. I feel completely loved, very spoilt, and incredibly grateful 🫶
