Not every logo should be embroidered.
This is a great example of why choosing the right decoration method matters.
When working on these garments for Rowan’s Wildlife Rescue, their logo had lots of colour and some really small, intricate details.
Could we have embroidered it? Potentially.
But would embroidery have shown all of those details at their best? No.
So for this order, I recommended print for both the front and back.
It allowed us to keep the finer details of the original artwork, retain the different colours and produce a finish that stayed much closer to their actual branding.
And that's something I think is really important.
Embroidery is beautiful - but it isn't automatically the best choice for every logo, garment or application.
Sometimes print is the better option. Sometimes embroidery is. Sometimes a combination of decoration methods works across a wider uniform.
My job isn't to steer you towards one particular method.
It's to look at your branding, what you're ordering and how it'll be used, then recommend what will give you the best finished result.
Because the aim isn't simply to get your logo onto a garment.
It's to make your branding look as good as it possibly can.
