Recently at BNI Resolute, Roland Luke of Popular Move Estate Agents took us on a journey through the evolution of his business.

Roland shared how Popular Move has developed over the years, the values that remain at its heart, and the changes and innovations he’s introduced to keep the business moving forward.

It was really interesting to get a behind-the-scenes look at how the business has grown while staying true to its purpose and its passion for property.

And he saved a brilliant finale for the end of his presentation… unveiling Popular Move’s exciting new rebrand! 👏

There’s even more reason to celebrate, as Popular Move has also been shortlisted for Regional Agency of the Year (Wales) at The Negotiator Awards 2026! What a fantastic achievement and recognition of all the hard work that goes into building a successful business.

Introducing Adrian Harries of A.S. Harries Accountants - taking centre stage 🤩

Adrian has been looking after businesses in Pembrokeshire since 1997, when he set up as a sole practitioner in Haverfordwest. From starting with just two clients, he’s built his practice around something that still sits at the heart of his business today: listening to what his clients actually need.

And it’s not just about getting the numbers right. Adrian’s aim is to make accountancy less mysterious, more understandable and genuinely useful to small businesses, offering everything from tax and accounts to payroll, VAT, capital gains and inheritance tax planning.

His ideal introductions? Someone starting a business, someone who has outgrown their bookkeeper, or simply someone looking for a second opinion from an accountant who won’t judge!
