Please note that we now WILL be delivering door to door to homes in Itchen Abbas, Itchen Stoke, Old Alresford, Tichborne, Ladywell and Bishops Sutton, as there is no collection point in these areas.

IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN

The FREE 2026 Itchen Valley Calendar is ready to collect. This year due to costs we will not be delivering door to door in outlying villages but copies will be available from village stores.

The calendar will be available from the following locations:
Co-operatives stores (West Street, Alresford)
C.E. Evans & Sons (West Street, Alresford)
Hellards Estate Agents (Broad Street, Alresford)
Cheriton Post Office & Stores
The Courtyard Village Shop, Ropley

If anyone would be able to provide a collection point that would be able to cover Itchen Abbas, Itchen Stoke and Easton that would be very helpful. Unfortunately we currently do not have anywhere to leave them in this area.

SOUTH WEST ALRESFORD - 480 COPIES
(Area covers - Prospect Road, Watercress Meadow, Spring Gardens, Paddock Way, Fair View, Shepherds Down, Linnets road and road and all roads off of it).
The round Pays - £48
Any related fuel costs would be covered

CENTRAL EAST ALRESFORD - 420 COPIES
(Area covers - Jacklyn's Lane, Robertson Road, Grange Road, Salisbury Road, Rosebery Road, Elm Road, Bramble Hill, Lime Road, Meadow Close, Oak Hill, Ellingham Close etc).
The round Pays - £42
Any related fuel costs would be covered

There are only 220 copies of the FREE 2024 Itchen Valley Calendar left in co-operative in Alresford, so make sure you have your copy before they run out!

There may be additional copies left in C.E. Evans & Son Butchers on West Street. Hellards Estate Agents in Broad Street or the Town Council offices at Arlebury Park.

The calendar was designed and produced by Forum Publications and Alresford Town Council.

Advertising Sales Executive

Join our friendly team selling advertising into the Forum Magazines which cover over 30,000 homes across, Petersfield, The Itchen Valley, Test Valley and Meon Valley. The Forums are A4 community-focused Magazines that are hand delivered to homes monthly, by our own dedicated team of delivery people. We are a high-quality, professionally designed magazine with editorial content setting us apart from small advertising directories.

What we are seeking
· A sales executive with the ability to engage customers and drive new and pre-existing sales leads, and be able to overcome objections.
· We require the candidate to have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.
· Your position can be based from home but you will be expected to make visits to see existing clients and make new contacts when required
· You’ll be selling our portfolio of titles to clients. Your own transport is essential.
· To liaise daily/weekly with our Advertising Sales Manager
· To explore and develop new sales leads to allow the development of new magazine titles.
· Ideally the applicant should have several years’ experience in the advertising sales field, pre-existing relationships with advertising clients would be beneficial.

What we will offer
· Salary: Basic £19,000 pa + Commission possibilities of over and above £6,000pa
· A part-time position could be considered (salary and package to be negotiated)
· Working Hours: 35hrs per week (10am – 5pm)
· 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
· Company pension
· Statutory Sick Pay
· Phone expenses + Fuel expenses

The Petersfield Forum has one round left in the town centre. We need someone urgently, can you help us? Why not earn some money whilst having a little bit of exercise. The round consists of approximately 380 homes and takes around 4hrs (delivery one a month). You would be paid £40. If you are interested please message us or email: [email protected]

We have had a monthly delivery round become available in Cheriton / New Cheriton. You would be paid £50 and the round consists of 300 homes. The round payment is based upon it taking approximately 4 to 5hrs to complete. If you are interested please message us or email:[email protected]. Please note parts of Cheriton have no footpaths and are not suitable for young children, children delivering to these areas would need to be supervised by an adult.

The Petersfield Forum is looking for delivery people to cover the Town Centre and The Noreuil Road area of Petersfield on a monthly basis, the round can be split if required. You will be paid 10p per house which works out to be approximately £10ph. We need to fill these rounds with Urgency.
