💙♻ The first outing of the Upcycled Optimist sail ♻💙

During 2025, Sanders became the sailmaker to produce an Optimist sail from a ‘pre-loved’ sail that had been donated to our up-cycling Drop-Off store here in Lymington.

Christchurch Sailing Club ran the initiative as a drive to push sustainability awareness throughout the Club, with particular emphasis on educating their Junior Sailing Fleet as to how they can become more sustainable in the future.

Sign Envy added the fantastic winning design to the sail and recently, 'Hetty' who won the competition, took the sail out for the maiden voyage!

What a splash of colour the sail adds to Christchurch Harbour 😃
