I always looked ‘fine’ in clothes

But underneath…
• no definition
• no shape
• always felt soft
• constantly bloated

I thought I needed to:
eat less
train more
be stricter

But that’s exactly what was keeping me stuck.

Here’s what I actually changed:

1. I stopped under-eating
→ and started fuelling my body properly

2. I prioritised whole foods & protein in every meal
→ this is what actually builds shape

3. I trained to sculpt, not just burn calories
→ less random workouts, more intention

4. I reduced stress on my body
→ less overtraining, more balance

5. I stayed consistent (not perfect)
→ this is the part most people skip

That’s when my body finally changed.

Not overnight.
But properly.

If you feel like you look “skinny fat” right now…

It’s not because your body can’t change.

You’re just missing the right approach.

This is exactly what I help my girls fix inside my lean girl era programme✨

If you want to feel toned, confident and actually see results…

Most women are training like men... and that’s the problem…

Somewhere along the way, women were convinced that more is always better.

More HIIT.

More cardio.

More classes.

More workouts.

More sweating.

More exhaustion.

And then they wonder why they’re constantly tired, inflamed, bloated and struggling to see results.

Your body doesn’t change while you’re training.

Your body changes when it RECOVERS.

If you’re constantly pushing harder, doing more and never allowing your body to recover, you’re simply adding more stress to the system.

And for a lot of women, that’s exactly what’s holding them back.

The leanest I’ve ever been wasn’t when I was doing the most.

It was when I started doing less, but doing it consistently.

My routine is simple:

✨ 4 strength workouts per week

✨ Pilates

✨ Daily walks

✨ Whole foods

✨ Protein at every meal

✨ Prioritising sleep and recovery

That’s it.

No endless cardio.

No punishing workouts.

No spending hours in the gym.

The goal isn’t to burn as many calories as possible.

The goal is to build muscle.

Because muscle gives you:

🤍 A toned physique

🤍 Visible abs

🤍 Better metabolism

🤍 Better body composition

🤍 A stronger, healthier body

Walking helps me stay active, manage stress, improve digestion and recover from my workouts.

Strength training helps me build the muscle that creates shape and definition.

The combination of the two is incredibly powerful.

So if you’re training 6-7 days a week, constantly exhausted and still not seeing the results you want...

Maybe the answer isn’t more.

Maybe the answer is better.

Train smart.

Recover well.

Build muscle.

Stay consistent.

That’s how you create a lean body that lasts 🤍

what I eat in a day to stay lean & toned with time stamps

I actually have the iced americano at 9am and the omlette at 12pm

At the moment I’m intermittent fasting and eating between 12pm and 7pm, I find this helps reduce bloating & inflammation but also keeps me most energised during my day

Being able to do 5 full push-ups as a woman is actually a really underrated sign of strength and overall fitness 👏🏼

✨ It shows you have a strong upper body
Most women focus on lower body training, but push-ups build strength through your chest, shoulders, triceps and upper back, helping create a more toned, athletic physique.

✨ It means your core is strong too
A proper push-up isn’t just an arm exercise. Your abs, deep core and glutes all have to work together to keep your body stable.

✨ It’s a marker of functional fitness
Being strong enough to push your own bodyweight is a real-life strength skill that translates into everyday activities and long-term health.

✨ More muscle = better body composition
The stronger you become, the more muscle you build. More muscle helps create definition, boosts metabolism and gives that “toned” look so many women are chasing.

✨ It’s linked to healthy ageing
Maintaining strength as you age is one of the biggest predictors of independence, mobility and quality of life. Muscle is one of the best anti-ageing tools you can have.

✨ It’s a confidence boost
There’s something empowering about being able to do an exercise that many people struggle with. It proves you’re getting stronger, not just smaller.

Lean Girl Goal 🤍
If you can’t do 5 full push-ups yet, make it a goal.

Start with:
• Incline push-ups
• Negative push-ups
• Knee push-ups
• Assisted reps

Then build up gradually.

Because the goal isn’t just to be skinny.

The goal is to be strong, capable, toned and confident. ✨💪🏼🤍

Number 5 is the BIGGEST one

This is what I’d fix if I ever felt “skinny fat” again…

Because I’ve been there🤍

I was training, eating “healthy” and still didn’t look how I wanted

Not toned
No definition
Just soft

And it wasn’t because I wasn’t trying hard enough…
It was because I had no structure

Here’s exactly what I’d do differently now:

→ Switch to a whole foods, anti-inflammatory diet
→ Actually structure my meals + eating times (not just guessing)
→ Stop the gym machines and focus on mat-based + dumbbell training
→ Walk 10–15k steps daily (this changed EVERYTHING for my body)
→ Remove processed snacks from my environment completely
→ Prioritise protein at every meal so my body can actually build shape
→ Reduce high intensity workouts that were stressing my body out
→ Focus on simple meals I can repeat

Because the truth is…

I didn’t get lean from doing more
I got lean from doing the right things consistently

Now my body actually responds
I feel lighter, tighter, more defined
And it doesn’t feel hard anymore

That’s exactly what I help my clients do too

Because you don’t need another random plan
You need structure, guidance and consistency that actually works for your body

If you’re in that phase right now and feel stuck…

Comment COACH and I’ll help you 🤍
