You are worthy of success, love, and greatness. A lot of us sometimes question if we are deserving of these things and I can assure you that you are. You must pay for these things with hard work, effort and determination, but you are most definitely worthy.

Get after your goals and work hard! Put effort into relationships with your friends, family and yourself! And remember your greatness is measured by the impact you have on others, so when you can give back to those in need!

Influencers on social media are great to partner with to spread your message and bring attention to your brand. They have a great following, active on social media, and can compliment your brand. They can be people in your niche, for example you sell vitamin products for the skin and they are an influencer in the beauty industry.

They don't have to have massive followings, the era of micro-influencers is a real thing and a much better option for smaller businesses. You could run competitions, giveaways, ask them to review your product etc. All of which is tapping into their audience, who trust and value the opinion of the influencer they follow.

A great idea (and more cost effective) is to get your customers to promote your product. Ask them to take pics of the product, them using it, tagging your Instagram etc. Then you can share their content, thanking them for the support and giving back (such as giving them a code for money off their next shop). Not only does this promote your brand, but most importantly it creates great relationships with your existing customers as you are making them feel valued.

Let's break it down into two categories:-

The party - this is the content you are posting. Your guests (customers) will not enjoy your party if you don't have anything for them to see or do. At great parties you'll have food, drinks, entertainment etc. The better these ingredients, and your guests will stay. Although the ingredients are slightly different to a party, your social media must give them some thing to see and do. Entertain your audience with your posts, giving them reasons to stay long enough to be converted into paying customers.

The invites - What good is a party, with nobody there? Word of mouth is great, but it isn't as reliable as a good invite. For example, with wedding invites you confirm numbers from the RSVP, a form of data tracking. You can do a similar thing through paid advertising, tracking the data from the adverts and getting numbers to your "party". You can also be picky with who you invite, much like a wedding, and have only the people you want to be at your party (your social media).

Relationships in business are so important, none more so than your customers. Building a good relationship with them can be done through social media these days, before they even buy your product.

A lot of businesses are based on providing a solution to a problem. But some times the solution isn't enough.

Make your content speak to them, show them why it is a good decision to buy your product (solution to their problem), and continue to make them feel great for choosing your product.

Good marketing, makes a business look smart. Great marketing, makes the customer feel smart. 😁

It might be tough sometimes, but the tough times don't last.

I thought I was going to have a nice productive weekend with some chill time....karma responded to this with *hold my beer*.

Frozen boiler, broken computer, electrical problems with a new kitchen appliance, plus many more.... frustrating to say the least! ha But we move forwards, adapt and overcome.

Remember why you are doing this and make your bed in the morning. No matter how hard your day is, at least you can look forward to a nice made bed at the end of your day, so you can do it all again tomorrow 😁

The success of any business, large or small, is based on consistent hard work.

Success is not permanent and you must pay for it everyday with hard work. Make the 24 hours in the day count and even if you only progress 1%, progress is progress. 1% better every day, at the end of the year you will have progressed 365% from where you started.

1. Start a poll - Poll your audience to get to know them better in a fun way

2. Demonstrate your product - A video or collection of pictures showing you using your product is a great way to show off your product

3. Show some behind-the-scenes - A lot of customers buy stories, not just the product. Show them the passion, hardwork and love that goes into what they are buying

4. Testimonials and reviews - Say to your potential customers, "Don't just take our word for it, listen to this"....without saying it. Social proofing is real and powerful!

5. Share a tip - The more you give, the more you will receive.

Having well structured goals are great ways to increase your productivity. You can track your progress easily as you accomplish them and what your next step is.

Putting deadlines or time constraints on your work and tasks is necessary. This can be to ensure you meet the requirements of your clients/customers, but this tactic can also be used to use your time more productively.

If you understand how long a task will take, set this time aside for this task alone. You will usually find you are much more focused and less prone to distractions.

For example, if you know you cannot look at your phone for an hour it is much easier to justify to yourself. Where as saying to yourself you cannot look at your phone until you finish the task leaves it open ended. As a result, you will be more likely to want to look at your phone because the timeframe is not clearly set.

Sometimes you have to take risks. In the future you do not want to look back at your life and think about the "what if" ...

In the future you do not want to look back at your life and think about the "what if" moments. Some things are scary and you have every right to be fearful. But on the other side of fear is success.

Quality over quantity is key in all aspects of life, not just business.

Quality is stays in the mind of your customer for longer, whether that be your product or service, or your content on your social media accounts and website. Ensure you (or your team) are consistently checking the quality of what your customer is getting or sees.

If your website is difficult to use, customers are less likely to use it again. If there are issues with your product, they are not going to purchase it again or tell others to buy it.

I could go on but you get the picture.
