For those who don't know what this product is, allow me to catch you up:
I was asked to produce food packaging for the National Trust as part of my degree. My proposal was an all-natural ingredient bonbon, and its packaging would contain some sort of *alternative* fact (a legend, myth, or supernatural sighting) about a random National Trust site. Hence the brand name "SuperNaturals". This would be a means to attract younger generations to National Trust sites, or at least provide another reason to visit besides historic value and education.
First image is the wireframe for the proposed single box. Second is the multipack. Big things have changed since creating these wireframes: the mascot is now gone. It became a redundant part of the packaging, even though I'm still in love with the idea of a Dryad mascot for the National Trust.
We now have the acorn shield!
The acorn shield is accented by an 'S' shaped dragon and acorn leaves, as well as the brand name. I have to say, its pretty gorgeous to look at, but opinions and feedback from anyone is always, always welcome!
Tomorrow, I'm colouring the boxes and finalising the information on those boxes, ensuring everything is accounted for and fine-tuned.
Monday is the writing part of my assignment. Boo.
Then on Wednesday, I intend to prepare prototypes of the packaging. Actual, tangible evidence of my work. I'm really looking forward to updating everyone on the progress of this assignment. Updates coming soon!
