Kicking off the month in style at BNI Hyperion!

Our first meeting of the month is always a big one, as we celebrate our Chapter Champions from the previous month!

👉 Connor Bedford was recognised for the most referrals passed to his fellow members

👉 Taylor Hedgecock was recognised for the most business passed

We also celebrated Andy Franco & Kate Penfold for their efforts in organising our recent BNI SOS (more on this soon!)

This week our Oscar Award for the best 60 seconds went to Lorna from Nesh Home Staging, and we also had a brilliant 10 minute presentation from our chapters Landscape Gardener, Jake Absolom from Eden's Gardeners!

It was a superb way to kick off the month, and with an exciting summer ahead, BNI Hyperion is most certainly the place to be if you're in business in Newmarket!

BNI SOS! This week our members at BNI Hyperion have been busy volunteering their support and skills to the Waldorf School in Fulbourn!

We have been busy bringing together our skills to give the school a bit of a facelift, with fresh electrics, carpets, some building work, carpentry, general cleaning, as well as plenty of hands on deck to help with painting and tidying!

We even took a look at their wifi systems to help them improve their connectivity, and also gave their green spaces a facelift too!

Our members have had a brilliant time this week, donating time and skills to a very worthwhile cause. We've had the opportunity to socialise, learn more about each others business, as well as make a difference in the community!

A huge shoutout has to go to the following BNI Members!

It was a toasty Tuesday at BNI Hyperion yesterday, as 25 local businesses met for our weekly meeting!

We had a superb meeting to round off the month of May, with a couple of new faces to our superb chapter!

We celebrated Makayla Beckett from Newmarket Nexus - Fundraising Superstore & Non-profit Organisation who is our Chapter Champion! Makayla has been a brilliant addition to the chapter, and we are loving supporting the fantastic work of Newmarket Nexus as a chapter.

We also recognised Nik Key from AMAS - Nik is our groups Mortgage advisor, and is one of our newer members! Nik has been working hard to complete his Member Success Program, to ensure he has all the skills and knowledge to make the most of his membership!

Our Oscar winner went to the legend that is Mark Parkin from Supernet Communications! With the World Cup on the horizon, Mark was practicing his trophy lifts... (a sign of things to come maybe..)

To round out the meeting, we had a really insightful 10 minute presentation from Jade Raymond of PA Answer, as she further educated our members and guests on the support that the PA Answer team can provide to businesses of all sizes!

All in all, it was a superb meeting, and with an application in for a new member, there was a real buzz amongst the group!

We meet every Tuesday, 6:45-8:30am, come rain or sunshine at the White Hart Hotel.

Last week BNI Hyperion celebrated its 2nd birthday!

From a small group of local business owners aiming to help each other grow, to now a thriving weekly meeting welcoming 25+ Newmarket businesses!

We’re incredibly proud of the journey, and as we get set for a busy summer within our chapter, and for our members, there’s never been a better time to get involved!

Tuesdays at BNI Hyperion 😀

We had a great meeting at White Hart Hotel in the centre of Newmarket, welcoming along more than 25 local business owners for our weekly networking!

There was plenty of conversation, smiles and of course business passed amongst the room!

This week we had a brilliant number of referrals for our members, and celebrated a fantastic £2million+ of generated business amongst our members since we began!

Next week we celebrate our 2nd Birthday at BNI Hyperion, and we'd love to welcome you along!

The first meeting of May is in the books at BNI Hyperion, and what a great morning we had!

As always our group met at White Hart Hotel for a morning of connections, collaboration and the opportunity to pass business amongst our members!

We celebrated our Chapter Champions for the month of April, who were George Andrews who passed the most referrals, as well as Mark Ward who gets a double shoutout for passing the most business, as well as welcoming the most visitors!

We had a visit from our local Director Consultant Oliver Shevki who delivered a very useful education slot, and we also listened to a feature presentation from our mega talented carpenter within the chapter, Taylor Hedgecock!

All in all, it was a fantastic way to kick off the working week, and the month of May!

Another awesome Tuesday meeting is in the books at BNI Hyperion as our members and visitors got together at the White Hart Hotel!

We had some fantastic 60 seconds this week, a brilliant education slot from Alex Cameron at UW, but the highlight of the meeting was most definitely our 'Member Hot Seat'.

We had a fantastic opportunity to learn even more about some of our members businesses, diving into their ideal referrals, biggest challenges and more!

It was a brilliant morning, with great learnings, connections, and of course plenty of business passed within the group!

We had a fantastic Tuesday morning meeting at our new home White Hart Hotel!

With 25+ local businesses in the room, there was a real buzz amongst the group! Connections made, opportunities created, and a real impact on the local business community!

We welcomed a couple of new faces to the group, as well as a familiar face in Ben from Kit U Out UK Ltd who has re-joined the chapter!

We had some brilliant 60 seconds, including a stand-out one from Connor Bedford, who secured our Oscar award this week.

To round off a brilliant meeting, we heard from Makayla at Newmarket Nexus - Fundraising Superstore & Non-profit Organisation, where she educated us on how we can support Newmarket Nexus in it's efforts to improve opportunities for young people, as well as the wider community within Newmarket.

We had another fantastic meeting at BNI Hyperion this week! With all sorts going on in including some brilliant 60 seconds, connections made, as well as some new faces amongst the group too!

We had a brilliant education slot from Alex Cameron at Utility Warehouse!

We celebrated Adam Steenkamp from DMA as one of our chapter champions for the support he provides to a newest members! He also delivered an awesome 10 minute presentation educating us on what he does at DMA!

George Andrews from JA Renovations won our Oscar award for his 60 seconds, as he told us all about his latest upcoming project!

We also celebrated Oli from SortedContent & Kate from Art of Clean for completing their passport to success!

It was a jam packed meeting, and we’ll do it all again next week! So why not come and join in the fun!

Another super Tuesday at BNI Hyperion! With 30+ local businesses in the room, connection and collaboration was in full swing this morning!

We had a superb meeting, as we celebrated some brilliant work going on within our business community.

🤝 Michael Taylor Brown from Taylor Brown Financial was recognised as one of our notable networkers this week, celebrating his consistent contributions to the chapter

🔍 The focus was on 3 of our newest members who been supported by Adam from DMA as they get settled into the group, Makayla from Newmarket Nexus & Mark Doye have completed their new member training, while we also celebrated Mark Parkin from Supernet Communications who has completed his ‘passport to success’

💡 We had a brilliant 10 minute session from Jade at PA Answer and Jake at Eden’s Gardeners as we discussed ideal referrals and learnt even more about each others businesses.

In February alone we passed more than £50,000 of businesses amongst our members, so if you want a piece of the pie, why not come and join us next Tuesday!
