WE’RE HIRING – SIGN FITTER’S MATE / TRAINEE VEHICLE WRAP

Indigo Signs & Print are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Sign Fitter’s Mate with industry experience who’s keen to learn, graft, and grow into a bigger role.

Pay: Experienced based (with clear progression for the right person)
Location: Isle of Wight (workshop + on-site installs)

We need someone who is:

* Enthusiastic, punctual, and takes pride in quality
* Has sign industry experience (workshop, fitting, vinyl, print/finish, etc.)
* Willing to adapt day-to-day (varied jobs, changing priorities)
* Comfortable working as part of a team and customer-facing on-site
* Practical with tools, tidy, and follows processes

Typical tasks (varies daily)

* Assisting with sign installations (loading, prepping, fitting support)
* Vinyl application and general workshop finishing
* Helping us train you into vehicle & boat graphics/wrapping
* Packing/QC/despatch support
* Keeping the work area organised and jobs moving smoothly

Ideal candidate will have experience in:

* Vehicle graphics / wrapping experience
* Window tint / PPF / detailing background
* Confident driving and working on-site
