We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead strategy, ex*****on and optimisation across:
Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
Google Shopping & Merchant Center
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
TikTok Ads
You’ll manage campaigns across multiple sectors, optimise performance, and translate data into commercial growth. This includes working on our own brand properties like the OOO Conference, Wavelength, Longboarder and the UK Surf & Skate Expo.
Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across all key platforms
Own ecommerce performance (Shopping, feeds, Merchant Center, PMax)
Improve ROAS, CPA, conversions and lead quality
Configure and analyse GA4, GTM, Enhanced Conversions and attribution
Run testing programmes across creatives, audiences and landing pages
Present performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
Requirements
Essential:
3+ years in paid media (agency or high-performance in-house)
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads
Experience managing significant ad budgets
Strong analytics, tracking and reporting skills
Commercial mindset with excellent communication
Bonus:
Google Ads certifications
Shopify, WooCommerce, Looker Studio, HubSpot or feed management experience
Knowledge of AI tools or SEO

Competitive salary £35,000 – £45,000 pro-rated + incentives. Option for this to be a contract or PAYE position for the right person.
