We are delighted to announce that we have recently started working with the beautiful Tregenna Castle Resort. 🏰

Set high above St Ives with views down to the harbour and all the way across to Godrevy Lighthouse, Tregenna is a family-owned resort featuring a hotel, self-catering accommodation, leisure facilities, two restaurants, and treatment rooms. As well as this, the resort has recently been named as the Best Wedding Venue in Cornwall.

With sustainability at the heart of everything the resort does, the team has embarked on an ambitious decarbonisation project - look out for more news on this soon.

We can't wait to get stuck into our PR activity for Tregenna and are already looking forward to visiting the resort again soon.

Our client, Housel Bay on the Lizard in Cornwall has announced that it is now available to hire for wedding celebrations. 💍

Between October and May each year the historic clifftop hotel will be available for exclusive-use weddings.

Weddings at the hotel offer couples a private and intimate space, with 23 bedrooms available for friends and family and capacity to host a wedding breakfast and wedding reception for up to 70 guests. Each wedding can be tailored to the suit the couple’s requirements.

MWJV, a Cornish construction consultancy, has generated £59.5 million in social and economic value for the county as a result of its work with Cornwall Council over the past four years.

The joint venture has also helped to create 202 local jobs over the past twelve months, and has spent over £27.6 million with local Cornish businesses to date.

As the name suggests, this latest set menu celebrates the best of late spring and early summer with a selection of dishes inspired by the new flavours this time of year lovingly provides. For the first time, guests can choose from a long or short tasting menu, with or without a flight of meticulously paired wines, featuring dishes including:

• Wild garlic ravioli with goats curd and pumpkin seed
• Cod with asparagus, girolles, sea lettuce, and jersey royals
• Spring lamb with pea risotto, mint, black garlic and broccoli

With the continued top-tier food offering from head chef Joseph Fallowfield and a sea view you can admire for hours, there’s never been a better time to make the journey south and enjoy Housel Bay’s hospitality.

The wonderful two rosette-awarded Fallowfields at Housel Bay has just released its brand new early spring tasting menu, designed by head chef Joseph Fallowfield.

Including sumptuous offerings such as vodka-cured po***ck, Gloucester Old Spot pork, and buttermilk cheesecake with midnight rhubarb, the menu aims to create minimal wastage and uses only locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients. Diners can opt to enjoy the menu as is, or with a selection of paired wines.

Fallowfields, the two AA rosette-awarded restaurant at Housel Bay on the Lizard Peninsula, has chosen to dedicate its space to serving a brand new tasting menu, replacing its previous á la carte offering.

Head chef Joseph Fallowfield designed the menu to highlight local produce and minimise waste and will update the menu every six weeks in what he has described as “a huge step for the hotel.”

The aim of the Christmas box is to provide Cornish families with everything they need for a Christmas dinner and can be put together for around £30.
