I know I'm not good at words for this type of thing but this Man, my dad who has taken care of us all his life and taken care of me through my liver transplant and has been the most honest, kind and caring man on this planet, has passed away today after a lengthy illness in hospital.

At least now he can be with Mum and Sherrie and in no pain.

Missing you already Dad.😭
God dam this is hurting!

Got a few pains around the liver area and lacking of breathe. Can't even work 20 yds without struggling to catch my breathe. Hopefully nothing too major but fingers crossed 🤞 👍

To All my expats and Thai friends living in pattaya.
Me & my wife Cooke Prueksa are looking for an apartment in Pattaya for under 10k a month.

I'm prepared to offer at least a year on year contract for the right place of course.

Via Delhi..
Had my appointment with the doctor at Birmingham Hospital and he was amazed and a little shocked that all my blood test levels are within the correct parameters.

So off to Thailand 🇹🇭 to marry my fiancée of 10yrs and back in 🇬🇧 by 3rd Sept for my last appointment at hospital. Then back to work!
Everything is looking good and it's on the up!!

Been injected in this arm, been scrapped and pricked on and all i get back is it happens from time to time
